The kitchen philosophy here imposes almost exclusively fresh local products, of excellent quality. This means that the menu is shaped according to the season. Many of the dishes are based on traditional Corfu recipes, passed down from generation to generation, but they are not limited to that. Some of these were particular favorites of the Durrell family, thus maintaining our connection with the rich history of the area.
Fish, caught daily from their own boat, seasonal vegetables and locally raised organic meat and poultry form the basis of all recipes, to which expertise and love are added.
